Rachel Cotton

As Ordway’s Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager, Rachel Cotton leads the strategic and operational development of all human capital needs at Ordway. Rachel is responsible for building the foundational HR strategy from the ground up in four main areas: talent acquisition, human capital operations, HR business partnership and employee experience.
Prior to becoming an “Ordmate”, Rachel was an HR and Talent Acquisition leader within public accounting. Having spent the majority of her career in the accounting industry, Rachel recognized the value proposition of Ordway, and is passionate about the company’s mission: to build the world’s most effective billing and finance platform. Rachel has helped businesses with talent branding, interviewer training, human capital operations, and people engagement. Additionally, Rachel has a knack for recruiting top performers for tough-to-fill roles.
