We are about to finish a wonderful 2019 which saw us gain clients around the world. Organizations large and small chose to work with us because of our ability to support their revolutionary new business models. SaaS-based billing and revenue automation is empowering companies better connect their sales and finance functions and focus on building deep, performance-based relationships with their customers. We’re excited to support our clients as they lead the way in transforming their business.

As we look forward to 2020, it’s a good time to remind our community of the four values we adhere to in order to support our clients’ success:

Be accountable

This week, we were excited to receive a nice holiday basket from one of our favorite West Coast customers, ListReports.

They know we are vested in their success and that deep partnership will be a foundation for future success.

Take a stand

Many of our customers look to us for best practices as they plan their business, think through tradeoffs, and ultimately win in the marketplace. Minnesota-based same-day-delivery company, Dispatch, decided to ditch their internally built billing infrastructure and move to Ordway.

We helped them design a flexible system that met the needs of their entire business. They’ve been growing like crazy, and we’re happy they didn’t have to worry at all about their finance operations.

Relentless efficiency

Automate as much as you can, manage time effectively, and strive to make clients as efficient as we are.

We were excited to recently highlight the work of QuBeyond as they combined their internally built systems with Ordway and Avalara AvaTax to streamline their state and local tax calculation and collection efforts.

Achieve excellence

We’ve helped companies like Klara recover lost revenue because they had legacy systems which didn’t talk to each other. That’s immediate ROI. We endeavor to help eliminate mistakes before they happen.

2020 will be an exciting year for Ordway and our clients and we can’t wait to get started.
